Decision of the Administrative Council of 6 July 1978
on the expiry of the transitional period provided
for in Article 163, paragraph 1, of the
European Patent Convention

THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,

HAVING REGARD to the European Patent Convention and in particular Article 163, paragraph 1, thereof,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

The transitional period provided for in Article 163,, paragraph 1, of the European Patent Convention shall expire four years after the entry into force of the European Patent Convention, namely on 7 October 1981.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on 6 July 1978. It shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Patent Office.
