The notice of opposition must be filed in writing and should be typewritten or printed, with a margin of about 2.5 cm on the left hand side of each page. It would be appropriate if the notice of opposition also satisfied the requirements laid down in Rule 35(4).

Such documents as must be communicated to other parties concerned must be filed in a sufficient number of copies. If the party concerned does not comply with this obligation in spite of a request to do so, the missing copies will be provided at the expense of the party concerned.
