1. New address

The EPO's Internet address is now:

http://www.european-patent-office.org

2. Application forms

The number of such forms available on the Internet¹ has been increased.

Additional editable forms in Word for Windows format (Version 6.0) are also now available, as well as editable versions in pdf format of the EPO requests for grant (EPA/EPO/OEB Form 1001) and for entry into the regional phase (EPA/EPO/OEB Form 1200) together with the PCT forms for requesting grant (PCT/RO/101) and international preliminary examination (PCT/IPEA/401). Other forms, in pdf format, will follow in the near future.

3. EASY software on the Internet

The EASY software for preparation of European patent applications in electronic form² will soon be available for downloading onto PC from the EPO Web site.
