Notice of the President of the European Patent Office dated 10 April 1997 concerning the extension of time limits according to Rule 85 EPC

- OJ 1997, 214 -

1. There has been an interruption in the delivery of mail in Germany within the meaning of Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC.

The interruption and subsequent dislocation lasted from 11 until 18 February 1997.

2. Time limits to be observed vis-à-vis the EPO which would have expired in the period from 11 until 18 February 1997 are therefore extended to 19 February 1997 pursuant to Rule 85, paragraphs 2 and 3, EPC.

3. Rule 82.2 PCT remains unaffected.
