1.	In France there has been a general interruption in the delivery of mail within the meaning of Rule 85(2) EPC. This interruption and the subsequent dislocation in postal services lasted from 10 to 15 October 1995.

2.	For parties whose residence or principal place of business is in France and for professional representatives based there, EPO time limits which would have expired during the period 10 to 15 October 1995 are therefore extended to 16 October 1995.

3.	Rule 82.2 PCT remains unaffected.
