Notice of the President

concerning the extension of time limits according to Rule 85 EPC

1.	There has been a general interruption in the delivery of mail in the United Kingdom within the meaning of Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC.

The interruption and subsequent dislocation lasted from 8 to 21 February 1991.

In the case of parties having their domicile or principal place of business in the United Kingdom or who have appointed representatives having their place of business in the United Kingdom, time limits expiring in the period from 8 to 21 February 1991 have been extended to Friday, 22 February 1991 pursuant to Rule 85, paragraphs 2 to 3, EPC.
