Divisional applications

After entry into the European phase one or more European divisional applications may be filed in respect of subject-matter contained in a Euro-PCT application. The divisional application must be filed in the language of the earlier Euro-PCT application if that language is an official language of the EPO, otherwise it must be filed in the language of the translation of the earlier Euro-PCT application as furnished to the EPO (see point 199).
