The IPRP Chapter II is transmitted to the applicant and the IB. The applicant then has no further opportunity to submit comments to the EPO as IPEA. He may now decide on the basis of the results of the international preliminary examination as laid down in the IPRP Chapter II whether he wishes to pursue his international application further and take the regional/national route.
