Partnership between the EPO, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV) for conducting international searches

The EPO, OEPM and PRV have formed a partnership for the purpose of carrying out the tasks incumbent on them as ISA under Article 16(3)(a) PCT and Section III, paragraphs (1) and (2), of the Protocol on Centralisation. Within the framework of the partnership, the three Offices have adopted a common schedule for all fees and other charges which they are entitled to make in their capacity as ISA, the amounts of which are those laid down in the EPO's Rules relating to Fees.
