Where a referral to the Enlarged Board of Appeal is pending and the outcome of examination or opposition proceedings depends on the decision of the Enlarged Board of Appeal, such proceedings may be stayed until the Enlarged Board of Appeal has taken its decision (see T166/84, OJ 10/1984, 489).
