The terms of reference of the expert must include: a precise description of his task, the time limit laid down for the submission of his report, the names of the parties to the proceedings and particulars of the rights which he may invoke under the provisions of Rule 74(2) to (4) (regarding travel and subsistence expenses and fees, see IV, 1.10).
