Where a third party has, in accordance with Art. 99(5), replaced the previous proprietor for one or some of the designated Contracting States (see I, 6, third paragraph), the patent as maintained in opposition proceedings may for those States contain claims, a description and drawings which are different from those for the other designated Contracting States, without, of course, going beyond the original disclosure.
