Further requirements

 

An application that has been accorded a date of filing is checked by the Receiving Section to ascertain if:

 

Art. 90(1)(b), (c)



(i)

the filing fee and the search fee have been paid in due time; and

 

(ii)

in the case provided for in Art. 14(2), the translation of the European patent application in the language of the proceedings has been filed in due time.
