4 Date considered as the effective payment date

3(a) date of payment at OPRI

3(b) and (c) date marked by postal date stamp on payment form or money order (in the case of money orders sent direct to the postal giro office, the relevant date is as indicated in "3(d)")

3(d) date on which credited to the Giro account indicated in column 2

3(e) date on which drawer’s account is debited by the postal giro office

3(f) and (g) date of receipt at OPRI

3(h) date of receipt of the debit order at OPRI
