List of States (as on 3 January 2005) in respect of which the filing is recognised as giving rise to a priority right. The States in question are Contracting States to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property. No agreements have so far been concluded pursuant to Art. 87(5) (see III, 6.2).
